Pre-Adventure Information

Pre-Adventure Information

We are able to provide all the professional kit you need for your adventure, however you will still need to bring certain items along to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Scrambling

We will provide

You will need

  •  A bag to carry your own equipment but also a helmet.
  •  Comfortable clothing suitable to the weather conditions.
  •  Comfortable walking boots.
  •  Extra layers, such as a jumper, hoody or down jacket.
  •  Food and at least a litre of water.
  •  Hat and gloves (weather dependent).
  •  Sun cream and sun hat (weather dependent).
  •  Waterproof jacket and trousers (weather dependent).

Coastal Walking

We will provide

You will need

  •  Extra layers, such as a jumper, hoody or down jacket.
  •  Food and at least a litre of water.
  •  Hat and gloves (weather dependent).
  •  Sun cream and sun hat (weather dependent).

Hill Walking

We will provide

You will need

  •  Extra layers, such as a jumper, hoody or down jacket.
  •  Food and at least a litre of water.
  •  Hat and gloves (weather dependent).
  •  Sun cream and sun hat (weather dependent).
  •  Waterproof jacket and trousers (weather dependent).

Coasteering

We will provide

  • check_circleMatting to stand on (whilst getting changed)

  • check_circleWetsuit

You will need

  •  A drink, snack and clothes to change into when the activity is complete.
  •  A pair of shorts for over your wet suit that allows you to move freely.
  •  A pair of socks.
  •  A swimming costume for under your wetsuit.
  •  Sturdy footwear. An old pair of trainers or running shoes will work well.

Rock Climbing

We will provide

You will need

  •  Extra layers, such as a jumper, hoody or down jacket.
  •  Food and at least a litre of water.
  •  Grippy trainers, walking shoes or boots. Avoid astroturf shoes; if you own climbing shoes, bring them along!
  •  Sun cream and sun hat (weather dependent).
  •  A bag to carry your own equipment but also group climbing equipment.
  •  Comfortable clothing suitable to the weather conditions. We recommend long trousers as some of our approaches can be through vegetation where shorts will leave you open to being scratched and tick bites.

Gorge Walking

We will provide

You will need
